You have the freedom to choose one of the calling plans or you may choose both plans.

    With 724 Volume Calling you get the flexibility and freedom of 
    regional calling within the 412 area.  For $19.95 per month you
    receive 500 minutes for all calls within the 724 area code. Calls
    made beyond the 500 minutes are just 6¢ per minute.

    With 412 Volume Calling you get the flexibility and freedom of
    regional calling within the 412 area.  For $19.95 per month you
    receive 500 minutes for all calls within the 412 area code. Calls
    made beyond the 500 minutes are just 7¢ per minute.
